Risk Factors Concerning Breast Cancer May Shock You!!!

Breast cancer is the booming topic these days, as it affects nearly 10% of the women whose age is above forty years throughout the world. It is still unknown why some of the women have higher spikes in breast cancer rate as compared to others. The contributory factors regarding breast cancer are not known, but there have been some risk factors associated with the killer cancer disease which was revealed by some researchers in their research. It is true that there is a lack of medical proof of cancer why these sorts of factors make this hilarious disease more probable; however the results come from the observation study.
There different risk factors which are associated with breast cancer are listed beneath:

Family History

In a family like a mother or a sister has had breast cancer, then there is a high chance that the cancer will occur to their offspring’s. Sometimes relatives such as cousins and aunts have had breast cancer; in this case chance are lesser. If a male relative has breast cancer or prostate cancer, then it is likely to have breast cancer. This is very clear that breast cancer runs through inheritance. If any family member has had breast cancer the chance of breast cancer are very high.

 Personal History

In the case of a woman has had breast cancer in the past, then there is a great chance that the breast cancer may recur. This is true in the case of the cancer had been removed in its first stage itself. The cancer had been removed by itself, the cancer cells spread into the nearby lymph. This makes very high chances that the cancer will occur in the opposite breast. If the women who have had cancer in one breast have high chances of developing the cancer in the other breast.

 Breast Diseases

More of breast diseases can increase the chance of having breast cancer. Changes in the chest cells can lead to abnormal hyperplasia. This condition can increase the possibility of getting three to fourfold breast cancer in the later years. This danger exists even if other family members have had unusual hyperplasia. Such condition is begin of breast tumour known as fibro adenoma. However, a woman with fibrocystic breasts generally does not have any added vulnerability to breast cancer. Yet, such condition could make the breasts lumpy and hide the real tumours (if any) during mammography.

Lifestyle 

Today's lifestyle is the biggest factor of having breast cancer in women.  Smoking and alcoholism are chief factors of breast cancer in women. Those women who have consumed high-cholesterol in her diet, having higher chances of breast cancer. Some women have not done any physical activity in their daily lives it taken them on the way of health problem
Radiation

It has been recognize that women who undergo radiation therapies in their chest region at her younger age have an increased risk of developing breast cancer in their later lives. Radiation therapy is basically a prescribed for those women who have Hodgkin’s disease or non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. So Women who have had such treatments may have breast cancer in their subsequent years.

Hormonal Imbalances

 Some factors that can change the hormone balance of the body:-
1 The menstrual cycle begin before the age of twelve years.
2 Having pregnancy after the age of thirty.
3 Having no pregnancy
4 Late menopause.            
These all factors can increase the level of estrogen in the body. This increases the risk of getting breast cancer. The breast cancer risk is higher in that women who take regular birth control pills, breast enhancement supplements, antidepressants and antihistamines and hormone modifying supplements.
These all are the major risk factors for breast cancers. The study of breast cancers is not complete.
Men have much lesser chances of getting breast cancer than women. Some people think that breast cancer is a disease that affects only women this is wrong. Age is a very important factor. When the woman has crossed the age of 50 years, the chances of breast cancer are much higher.
